Vibrator Reviews

Satisfyer 2

sfy

I’m pretty new to the ‘suction’ clit stimulation toys that burst onto the sex toy market pretty rapidly with the womanizer in 2015. They were well out of my price range and I hadn’t been lucky enough to test the womanizer , either. Then in 2016, Satisfyer launched a very similar toy, the Satysfer Pro 2, at a fraction of the cost. I did purchase a Pro 2, but didn’t get the chance to give it a thorough testing as I left it at a festival. However, I got the opportunity to give 3 Satisfyer models a good test run, in exchange of an honest review.

Out of the 3 Satisfyer’s sent, the Satisfyer 2 was the first to get testing. When I first took it from the box, I was a little disappointed by the quality. It looked and felt really cheap, ‘boxy’ and the fact it was battery operated, didn’t have me enthused. The gender-neutral colour is a bonus and the large nozzle is great for a good covering of my clit that is hidden away under my very chunky outer labia. As someone who enjoys stimulation on her inner labia and vulva, the large nozzle comes in handy for broader stimulation.

sfy2

Over several days, I really became quite fond of the Satisfyer 2. I love the 7 inch long handle, it’s ideal for me as my tummy is my nemesis and cant get in the way of my arms, although it is not as ergonomic as the Penguin or Pro 2.One mega issue though…..the buttons are totally in the wrong place. Why the heck are they at the nozzle end? Granted there is a power button and a +to increase speeds and  to decrease, but damn, my fingers aren’t long enough to reach them.  I have to remove the Satisfyer to see what buttons I need to press. Doing this is like orgasm denial….wanting to ramp up the speed, but having to take it away and then faff about replacing the Satisfyer in between my chunky labia. It’s just a faff. Luckily, I mostly only need to use the first two or three speeds.

The motor is pretty strong for something that needs powering with 2 AAA batteries. It is loud and rattles somewhat, so if you house share, you will need to consider this factor. Oddly, Satisfyer claim on their website that the motor is whisper quiet, but believe me, it’s not! There is no way I can get to full power, of the 11  programmes, I only use the first three, it becomes way too intense and gives me an urge to pee and it send my clit numb!

https://videopress.com/embed/weVS6z4A?hd=0&autoPlay=0&permalink=0&loop=0I can’t quite describe the sensation I get off any of the Satisfyer models. It does have a slight suction feeling, perhaps rapid ‘thuddy’ sort of vibrations? I can’t put it into words. I know that the highest settings feel way too high pitched and buzzy, that make me squirm in the wrong way, to the point that it hurts, even if I place the nozzle on my vulva instead of my clitoris. It has taken a few weeks to get used to this sort of stimulation, I discovered that the Satisfyer 2 is best used when I’m really horny. On a low setting and very aroused, this is the best time for me to use it. When I climax, my orgasm thunders through my body whilst i scream into a pillow. I’m left spent, with jelly legs, which is no fun when trying to get to the bathroom!

I must mention that a few bloggers have had issues with their Satisfyer models not being waterproof, therefore I haven’t put mine in water. I remove the silicone nozzle and give it a thorough wash, but I use a sex toy cleaner and wipes to clean the rest of the toy. Just make sure the battery compartment is sealed shut if you’re a squirter and don’t use in the bath tub or shower.

sfy3

Overall, the Satisfyer 2 worked for me due to the long handle. It has a good, strong motor, but the buttons are in the wrong place. It’s loud, really loud, it reminds me of a Chinook or something. The sound does dull a little when the nozzle is nestled inbetween my chunky outer labia. The large nozzle may not suit everybody.  Satisfyer are more affordable than Womanizer, but sadly I can’t compare. A spare, replacement nozzle wouldn’t go amiss, and perhaps a storage pouch.

If you are looking to try something new, that is different from regular vibrators, it’s worth trying the Satisfyer 2

Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation

20170730_193649_resized

Thanks  to Satisfyer, I’ve built up a small collection of their models. When I was contacted by the lovely Sally, asking would I be interested in testing and reviewing their latest toy, the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation, I jumped at the chance, as I interested in what changes had been made.

20170730_191810_resized      20170730_191841_resized

So, what’s new on the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation?

  • The plus and minus buttons to increase and decrease the power are larger and slightly larger. I find that they are slightly more difficult to use as you need to apply more pressure to push on the button.
  • The silicone head has a larger hole, which gives a broader range of suction, which I personally love as I need less of a pin point stimulation and more of a broader stim around my clit. It is slightly lighter than the Pro 2 original, but not that much of a difference.
  • The colour is a lighter, a little matte, so feels different in my hand.
  • Satisfyer claim that it has more power, I disagree, the first 3 settings can barely be felt, whereas the original packs a punch on the first speed. However, I much prefer the Next Generation with the lighter pulses, especially the 4th speed, I get a wonderful tapping and I can certainly feel the air pulsing and this is enough to get me to orgasm spectacularly.
  • It’s more silent….woohoo! The Satisfyer Pro 2 is ridiculously loud, which you can see on my short video below. I can now use my Next Generation in the house, discreetly. It’s still not whisper quiet, but muffled under the duvet, it’s not too loud.
  • There is no bright light, instead there is a more subtle light on the power on/off button.
  • 11 speeds with the first 3 being very light with air.

20170730_192048_resized             20170730_192118_resized

Satisfyer have kept to the strong, magnetic USB charger. A 150 minute charge is supposed to provide 30 minutes play, but I get at least an hour. The Next Generation is fully waterproof for easy cleaning or the ability to use in the shower or tub. I’ve had the vibe dunked in a full sink of water and it still worked fine in the sink and when dried.

I definitely prefer this newer model, I find the original Satisfyer Pro 2 really intense, but it still has it’s place beside my bed, as occasionally I like to use it for a quickie, whereas the newest model, the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation  offers a slow build up with the soft, slow speeds at first.

It’s great that Satisfyer decided to keep the minus button to decrease the speed, as it isn’t on some of their other models. I find the minus button to be very important to me. When I come to climax, I need to decrease the speed as my clitoris becomes very sensitive. By reducing the speed, I can build up to another orgasm, whereas if I had to remove the vibe because my clit was too sensitive to cope with the intensity of the power, I then lose the ability to have a second orgasm.

The silicone head with its wider hole i also great for me and my body. I’m not too much a fan of pin point stimulation, my nerve endings that surround my clit, labia and vulva, all need stimulating too. I enjoy stimulating myself by rubbing the silicone head into my fleshy genitals, whilst enjoying the suction and tapping sensation on my clit.

Due to being a larger, fat, plus size lady, I would prefer to have the handle a little longer, as with the Satisfyer 2 because my huge tummy is in the way. There are not many sex toys available for those who share similar issues as myself.

20170730_192129_resized   20170730_192253_resized  20170730_192322_resized

Overall, I think these are great improvements on the newer Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation, but I’m not sure that the power Queens will be that impressed as it is less powerful than the original Satisfyer Pro 2

So Divine Need you tonight bullet

20170530_170237_resized

I have to admit that I hadn’t been familiar with So Divine *hangs head in shame*, but luckily for me, they got in touch with me and asked if I would test some of there products. I jumped at the chance after doing a bit of research and saw a refreshing and user friendly website. So Divine are all about high quality sex toys for everybody, regardless of relationship status or gender. They also bring their toys to you in everyday stores, popping into Boots the chemist or browsing the aisles in the supermarket could become a little more exciting!

20170530_170105_resized

So, the Need you tonight bullet comes in a classy little box that is gender-neutral and would look pretty discreet on a supermarket shelf, though it is clear that it is a vibrating bullet. I love the little window on the back of the box that you can peer into.  The box is pretty robust, so you could continue to store it in there, but the bullet is so discreet, it wouldn’t look out of place in your make-up bag or handbag.

My first impressions of the bullet was positive. The silky, silver silicone feels luxurious and the black power button and seal, set it off nicely. As with the packaging, it is classy and gender-neutral, so much better than girly pinks and purples, especially when a bullet can be used by all genders.

20170530_170357_resized

The bullet has a single speed, powered by three AG13 batteries, which luckily  come with the bullet. These little watch batteries are not what I’d have in the house, so having the batteries included is a bonus. One button on the base of the battery is your power on/off. Once pressed, the bullet comes to life with a buzzy, but powerful vibration. I’m not to keen on these type of bullets, I’ve come a long way since using a buzzy bullet, but if you are new to sex toys, Need you tonight would be perfect for you.

20170530_170214_resized

Although this bullet isn’t to my taste anymore, I’ve still had fun using it with my partner. I’ve tried a few scenarios with him and the bullet. I’ve used it in foreplay, teasing his nipples, frenulum, and perineum. The tip of the bullet is great for pin-point stimulation.

We have also discovered that the Need you tonight bullet is great for popping into one of our favourite cock rings and in some of his male masturbators. The materials of the added toys, dampen down the buzzy vibrations, but still remains powerful, so for a little vibe that I thought I wouldn’t use, it’s become a great little gem for couples play. All you need is a little imagination and you may be surprised…..I know I was!

20170530_170446_resized

Overall, I think the So Divine Need you tonight vibrating bullet would suit beginners, solo players and definitely couples who want to introduce a non-intimidating toy into their sexual relationship. Would love to see more classy and gender-neutral toys like this bullet.

So Divine Ooh La La Flower Vibrator.

When I saw the Ooh La La Flower Vibrator in my wonderful package that was kindly sent to me from So Divine I knew I’d really like it. With features such as water-proof, body safe silicone, re-chargeable and 7 patterns (as well as 3 vibration speeds, but I’m mostly a patterns girl), I couldn’t wait to give the Ooh La La a whirl.

20170623_153512_resized  20170623_153524_resized

Firstly, the packaging is stlylish, bright and feminine. Here you’ll find the instructions on how to use your vibe, so don’t throw away the box immediately. Sadly, the vibrator doesn’t come with a storage pouch, but I keep all my So Divine toys in a lockable case that you can buy HERE.

My first impressions of the So Divine Ooh La La Flower Vibrator,  were very positive. The silicone is of high quality, silky smooth to the touch, with no seams and the ‘bud’ effect of the flower being great ridges for added stimulation.  The silicone isn’t ‘grabby’ which is a massive bonus. There ain’t nothing worse than bringing a toy out to play and it turning into a scruffy beard with bits of crumbs, dust and added cat hairs, by the time you’ve got it between your legs!

You get about 6.5 inches of insertable length and a circumference of 4.5 inches, perfect for beginners, but size Queens may need to give this a miss. The tip can be use for pin point stimulation, it is slightly broader at the tip than your usual bullet e.g the So Divine Need you tonight bullet but I prefer this, as I find direct pin point more irritating than pleasing.

20170623_154045_resized

The  operation is very simple. Just one button to power on/off and scroll through the vibrations. Being part of the silicone and the size of my thumb, I find the button very easy to use (I have arthritic wrists and fingers). What I would like to have seen though, is an extra button to scroll back, if I miss a pattern, I have to scroll all the way through the other patterns and vibrations to find the one I was previously using. Also, a memory mode would be amazing so that when you turn the vibe off and back on again, it remembers what pattern you was last using.

20170623_154023_resized

You may notice that the LED light flashes, dulls and brightens, according the the mode you have it on. Nice little gimmick so that your partner can see what vibrations you’re feeling.

The Ooh La La Flower vibe comes with a click and connect magnet and stays in place during its charge. The USB charger is perfect to plug in my laptop. So Divine also added a British USB wall plug too if you prefer to connect to mains (which I often find can be quicker to charge to be honest!).

20170623_153900_resized

20170623_153954_resized

In use I found that the  So Divine Ooh La La Flower Vibrator   to be quite a powerful, but buzzy vibe. I’m able to enjoy the first vibration speed on my clitoris, labia and vulva, but waaaay too intense on the 2nd and 3rd speeds. However, I love the 7 different patterns, they certainly get my nerve endings to react how I want them to, making it easy to have strong, powerful orgasms.

When inserted into my ‘love tunnel’, again, I can only tolerate the first speed. The other 2 are so buzzy and high pitched, they make me want to itch and pee. Doesn’t feel very orgasmic at all. I again, love all the patterns though

One little issue I do have,….because I’m obese, it can be difficult to keep the vibe in place. My tummy is so big and my thighs so thick, that they shorten my arms, making them ache, so prolonged play with the So Divine Ooh La La USB Rechargeable Silicone Flower Vibrator becomes hard work and if I become too aroused and gush, it’s like trying to hold a slippery fish #FatGirlProblems!

To clean you can dunk this beauty into the sink as it’s fully waterproof, so easy to clean the vag goo that may collect in the ridges. Or simply use a clean damp cloth and sex toy cleaner.

To sum up the So Divine Ooh La La USB Rechargeable Silicone Flower Vibrator I’d say it is definitely worthy of it’s runner up in Good Housekeeping Magazine’s Grown-up guide. A great beginners vibe with a strong and powerful motor. I would most definitely prefer rumbly vibrations, but I can and do enjoy the patterns. A high quality sex toy that is non intimidating and a reasonable price. You can purchase this vibrator at So Divine and Lovehoney

A funky, bright, flower vibe, to pleasure your petals and pearl!

So Divine Je T’aime Silky Touch Vibrator

20170605_045824_resized

So Divine were ever so kind as to send a bundle of goodies to review, which included the So Divine Je T’aime Silky Touch Vibrator. Bullets tend to be a firm favourite for any sex toy enthusiast, especially for beginners or solo quickies. For me, I’ve never been much a fan of bullet vibes as they tend to be for pin – point stimulation, where I prefer a more broader stimulation and this is why I have come to love the So Divine Je T’aime Silky Touch Vibrator as it is slightly bigger and broader than your usual bullet such as the So Divine Need you tonight bullet.

20170605_045638_resized    20170605_045714_resized

The So Divine Je T’aime Silky Touch Vibrator is very femme with its pink silicone sleeve that has cute hearts and bumpy nodules for extra stimulation. You can remove this sleeve to reveal a black, sleek bullet made from ABS plastic. It measures up at 3.7 inches in length, with a girth of 3 inches. With the one power button, you can scroll through 3 speeds and a generous 7 pulsating patterns. Press and hold the button to stop the bullet.

20170605_050256_resized

Powered by just one AA battery, the So Divine Je T’aime Silky Touch Vibrator is super buzzy, not the type of vibrations I like. The soft, silicone sleeve helps to dull most of the buzz, so for me, I need to keep the sleeve on. I prefer to use the different pulsating patterns. The vibrations are pretty quiet on the whole, perfect for discreet play if you house share.

20170605_050028_resized

So, how is it in use? Well, for solo play, it’s a great warm up toy. Whilst the 3 speeds are too buzzy for me, I like to tease my labia, vulva and clit with the various patterns. As it is slightly bigger than normal bullets and has the silicone sleeve, it’s easy to hold and use. I love the textures of the nubs and ridges, they certainly heighten the pleasure, especially round my vulva. I can penetrate the bullet inside my vagina, just to tease. This would be great for beginners that are exploring into slight penetration with a sex toy.

Playing with the So Divine Je T’aime Silky Touch Vibrator with a partner is more pleasurable for me. The bullet, added with the touch and kisses of another woman, teasing various sweet spots, is far more thrilling. Add a blindfold and the sensations are very much heightened. I love my inner thighs, neck and derriere to be teased, making me moist and very turned on, before moving on to another sex toy.

20170605_045940_resized

Overall, I really like the So Divine Je T’aime Silky Touch Vibrator. It’s pretty well made, though the silver battery compartment lets it down a little. The 3 speeds are never used, but the pulsating patterns really do it for me. The silicone isn’t a dust and cat hair magnet, which is awesome. I store mine in my Joy Boxx, as sadly it doesn’t come with a storage bag, but for the price, I don’t mind. The bullet is easy to clean, but the silicone sleeve will need a thorough cleaning, vag gunk will hide in the ridges! It is not fully waterproof, so I wouldn’t recommend you submersing it fully in water.

If you are a beginner with sex toys, I thoroughly recommend the So Divine Je T’aime Silky Touch Vibrator. It’s petite, powerful, discreet and stimulating…..great to explore your body with.

DOXY Die Cast

3

DOXY Die Cast

When the Lovehoney squirrel commander sent me an email to say I had been chosen to review the DOXY Extra Powerful Black Die Cast Massage Wand Vibrator I was thrilled beyond belief. I already owned the original Doxy wand in pink and although I loved it, I wished it had a silicone head instead of the squishy PVC, as did most of my fellow reviewers/bloggers. Doxy had listened and delivered!

As the Doxy die cast was a tester, I didn’t receive the full box that it would usually come in, nor did I receive a storage case. However, Lovehoney do sell the purple or silver Doxy Die Cast with the storage case. Luckily I was given a case for mine. Lovehoney had shipped my Doxy in their usual, discreet packaging (that the cat always immediately occupies), so no embarrassment when the postie come knocking.

01

DOXY Die Cast

02

DOXY storage case

First impressions:

A fantastic piece of British design and engineering. Compared to the DOXY original, the die cast looks like it’s come straight from an expensive car showroom. Its smart, black metallic paint has a bit of sparkle, which reminds me of a clear, starry night. The glitter effect is subtle and not too blingy. Very luxurious. The wand feels great in my hands, cold at first, but soon warms to your body temperature. It’s surprisingly not too bulky and as someone with severe rheumatoid arthritis in my wrists, the DOXY Extra Powerful Die Cast Massage Wand is comfortable to hold for some time. It has a lot of weight to it at 830g, but the handle is the same size as the original DOXY.

3

DOXY Die Cast

The DOXY Die Cast extra powerful massage wand vibrator is mains powered and available in UK, EU and US plugs. 3 large, rubber LED lights, power button and a + and – button for speeds and pulse mode. To activate the pulse mode, press the power button and the plus button twice.

It is capable of 3,000 and 9,000 RPM, great for those who seek ultra powerful vibrations.

In Use:

I love, love, love the silicone head. It’s made from medical-grade silicone and totally seam free, hoorah! This means it’s body-safe, compared to the PVC of the  DOXY original. You can allow your body fluids to flow, knowing that any bacteria left behind won’t be able to hide in any pores of the silicone. I’ve noticed that the head isn’t that flexible at all, especially if you compare to other wands on the market (my previous go-to wand was the Lovehoney Deluxe, which has a rather flexible ‘neck’). You can add standard wand attachments for added pleasure.

I tried the DOXY Die Cast solo first of all. With its long power lead, there was plenty spare for different maneuvers on my bed. I prefer to lay on top of the DOXY and grind on top, so I set the wand to my preferred speed and grind away. This will get me off in a couple of minutes. Yee-haa! and on most occasions I can have multiple orgasms, til I’m totally spent. I do find that the vibrations are more rumblier this way.

4

DOXY

On the rare occasion I lie back and use the DOXY, the firm silicone does dull the vibrations somewhat, compare to the original DOXY, so this takes longer for me to climax. I tend to use it on a medium speed, too high and my clit goes numb. I do enjoy the head as I prefer a wider range of sensations, rather than pin point stimulation. I adore the vibrations on and around my vulva. The LED lights on the buttons are ideal if you’re using it at night, but due to my plus size tummy, I can’t see in between ones legs, so I just blindly feel for the buttons and if I’m increasing the power, I often accidentally press the power button. Luckily for me, the DOXY has a memory mode, so when you switch on, the vibrations you were currently using, kick into life.

When I use the wand with a partner, there is nothing better than teasing and orgasm denial. Tie me up and use the DOXY to massage my inner thighs then use varying pressure on my labia, vulva and clit, is glorious torture! Tease me til I’m on the edge of orgasm, then withdraw the DOXY is just sweet denial. I love it!

I’m known to attend the odd fetish event in the North West and to take my DOXY in its smart case, it looks the part amongst the fetish equipment and myself wearing PVC. This is where the long power lead comes into its own, the length is great for using on a St Andrews cross, top to toe.

You’ll find that the DOXY Die Cast is on the loud side regarding noise levels, as with all mains powered wands. I can’t use it if anyone is in the house, even if used under a duvet, the next room will certainly hear it. If you require discretion, you’re better off with a smaller battery powered wand.

I find the lower speeds of vibrations to be particularly rumbly which is my preference when wanting to climax. The higher speeds are on the buzzier side, unless I grind on the wand. Too high and my clit goes numb, with an overwhelming urge to pee. This may be different to you if you’re a power Queen.

1

GSpot attachment

Adding an attachment brings a whole new lot of fun. There are several different types available, see Here. I will be adding reviews of some of the wand attachments I have. The Gspot, rabbit and suction cup attachments are a firm favourite. The vibrations travel very well through any attachment, but of course it may be different for your needs, we’re all different after all!

2

Rabbit attachment

The DOXY also works great as a body massager, I particularly love it on my shoulders, the more pressure you apply, the deeper the rumbles. Try avoid using oils or silicone lube as these will interact with the silicone head.

3

Multipurpose suction cup attachment with butt plug

My thoughts:

You may find the DOXY die cast a little on the pricey side, but believe me, it sure is a worthy investment for a great piece of British engineering and superior orgasm provider. You get a 12 month guarantee and a wand that is built to last. It screams luxury, is very versatile, easy to use and the vibrations are uber powerful on the highest setting.

I’d recommend that you use a good quality water based lubricant for a slick feeling on your body or genitalia. Clean with a damp cloth and sex toy cleaner. Remember to keep your DOXY away from water. Store in the case provided, to keep it clean and safe (the silicone head does attract some dust, lint and hairs!).

So, who would I recommend this to? Power seekers, BDSM kinksters, those looking to upgrade their previous mains powered wand, or those upgrading from a battery powered or rechargeable wand. If you’re a beginner with sex toys, or prefer quiet, gentle vibrations, I’d recommend you start with a small battery powered wand.

Overall, Doxy Extra Powerful Die Cast Massage Wand is most definitely the best, most powerful and visually appealing wand I have tried and owned. I’d give it a generous:

9/10

Satisfyer 2

Granted there is a power button and a + to increase speeds and to decrease, but damn, my fingers aren’t long enough to reach them.

I can’t quite describe the sensation I get off any of the Satisfyer models.

I reviewed the awesome  Vilain Audre Onyx Vibrator for Cara Sutra Pleasure Panel and it has become my favourite vibrator.

L’Amourose Denia

IMG_5206

I had often admired the L’amourose Denia, the intuitive design piqued my interest, mainly because I need dual stim to climax and only had one sex toy I was using to successfully make me orgasm (Lovehoney’s Happy Rabbit 2).

The packaging is what you would expect with a luxury brand and is on par with Lelo. The outer box is smart, classy and female-friendly. Inside you’ll find a black matte storage box and velvet storage pouch. I do use both, but the pouch is a magnet for lint, dust and cat hairs and the top never stays securely on the box, but these are just minor niggles.

IMG_5207

Although I’ve owned the Denia for several months, I have struggled to write a review, mainly due to sometimes it works, but most often it doesn’t. It has taken many a session to realise that I have to be exceptionally horny to enjoy what the Denia has to offer and on the rare occasion I have the super horn, I can enjoy multiple orgasms, to the point that my body becomes almost paralysed.

I adore the curve of the main shaft, the bulbous head that just seems to nestle against my G-spot perfectly. The clit arm can take some positioning, but I have fat girl problems! I’m what most people would call obese, I prefer voluptuous! Joking aside, due to having meaty outer labia and a mound that would give any hills in the Lake district a run for their money,  I need patience to get the right spot, but once I have it, I’m good to go. The ‘Flex and shift’ technology does help, but it’s no super duper, uber technology, in simple terms, the main shaft and clit arm is a little more manoeuvrable.

The clit arm can feel a bit stiff and jabby, which can put me off, taking longer to orgasm, or not at all, but if my nerve endings are alive, the slightest touch and I’m riding waves of orgasms, I’ve discovered that it really depends on how aroused I am.

The L’amourose Denia boasts 2 motors to power the 9 powerful modes and 12 speeds of vibration. I do feel that the clit arm could be a tad more powerful. The vibrations are wonderfully deep and rumbly and the more you clench your muscles, the deeper the vibrations pulse through your body. I like to ramp it up to full speed and then insert into my lubricated vadge.

IMG_5210

Now those buttons….they can be a nightmare, my thick thighs are just too ‘in the way’ and fat fingers make the buttons feel too close together. Slimmer ladies won’t have as much difficulty as I do, other than you may have difficulties distinguishing one button to the next, as they are under the silicone and not hugely raised. For the price of the Denia, a remote control would have been seriously beneficial. Currently I need to remove the vibe if I want to successfully change patterns and speeds, otherwise it’s like playing blind mans buff. Even having a partner try and use the almost hidden buttons is a nighmare, as he accidentally switches it off whilst trying to scroll through the patterns!! There are 3 buttons….minus, coffee bean and plus. Press the plus to start, then increase in speed, minus to decrees speed and stop and the coffee bean to switch patterns.

Charging is relatively simple, the charging cradle plugs into a mains socket (it comes with a UK plug, just pop the Denia into the smart ‘cut diamond’ cradle and leave to charge for 3-4 hours. The charge has lasted an hour on full speed, but the vibrations do decrease in strength as it begins to run low on charge.

During use, I prefer to keep the Denia pretty much locked inside me, no thrusting, but gently rock it back and forth with my hand and wriggle my hips in a circle motion, whilst lay on my back. Sat on a stool in the shower is an alternative way to climax too.

My favourite points of the L’amourose Denia include:

  • The sumptuous silicone. It’s very luxurious, not too draggy and doesn’t collect too much lint.
  • Intuitive design
  • Whisper quiet motors, perfect if you house share and need to be discreet.
  •  When I’m really horny, the Denia can provide a quick succession of multiple orgasms.
  • Waterproof, ideal for intimate play in the shower or bath.
  • Easy to keep in your vagina.
  • Easy to clean.

My least favourite points include:

  • The buttons. A remote control would have been so much easier.
  •  The price, if it had a remote, it would have been more reasonable.
  •  The clit arm can sometimes be uncomfortable/jabby.

I’d give the Denia an overall 7/10

I was lucky enough to purchase the L’Amourose Denia whilst in a special, one off sale from Lovehoney for £89.99. It usually retails at £139.99 on Lovehoney and £147 on the L’Amourose site.

We-Vibe Touch USB Rechargeable Clitoral Vibrator

pictures  coming soon

I purchased the We-Vibe Touch a few months ago. It was my first “luxury” toy, which I decided to try after all the rave reviews I had seen on other blogs and online forums of the We-Vibe Tango. However, I’m not a fan of plastic coated toys. I find them too hard on my delicate clitoris, I seek a little more sensuality when it comes to pleasuring myself and I find that a super soft silicone just does it for me. I hadn’t realised that the Touch existed, until I saw it being  compared with the Tango. I knew it was ideal for me as soon as I saw it and reading the positive reviews.

So, the post arrived and I was way overexcited! I couldn’t wait to lay my hand on my first luxury vibe. Did it reach my high expectations?

Firstly, the packaging is a lot more luxurious than I’m used to. The box is sturdy, almost with a reinforced feel to it! Simple design, non-offensive. I felt like I was about to open a mobile phone! One thing I did find rather odd on the box was that it states solo: pleasure for you. Nooooooo! You can most definitely use this as part of couples play. You can thank me later!

Teasing the lid off, the Touch is nestled inside with a satin storage pouch, USB charger, one year warranty and instruction booklet.

I eagerly took the vibe out from her box and fondled her in my hands. I couldn’t believe just how silky smooth the silicone felt. There was already some charge on, so I tried the various vibration modes on the tip of my nose. Woooah! This really has some power!

I popped the vibe on charge for a couple of hours, but immediately found that the magnetized charging port easily disconnected. I had to find a suitable flat surface where it wouldn’t get disturbed, to get the best charge. That meant no charging at the side of me in bed!

How the Touch looks:

Well, purple is my favourite colour, so this was a huge thumbs up for me. The whole design of the We-Vibe touch is just so feminine, and why I refer to the vibe as a “her”. Touch is petite, has curves and the dimple is oh so cute! The velvety smooth silicone screams luxury as you hold it against your skin. A pointed tip can be used for precision clitoral play, whilst the dimple can be used to cup your labia and clit. I also like to use the back of the vibe too.

The button on the base is very easy to use. One click and she powers up. Then keep pressing to scroll through the various speeds and patterns. Keep hold of the button to switch off. The Touch has a memory so when you turn it back on it will remember the mode you had last used. Great if you want to get straight down to play.

Noise:

I know that the noise of a toy can play a huge factor in whether some people will buy a toy or not. Many house share and the last thing you need is your housemates wondering where the hydraulic street drills are coming from! Safe to say, the We-Vibe touch is relatively quiet, especially under a duvet.

Solo Use:

Truth be told, Touch and I didn’t get on at all in the first few weeks. Whatever I tried, it just wasn’t working for me. I was so disappointed and frustrated I was annoyed I had spent so much on a clitoral vibrator. I packed Touch away in her satin bag and box for 4 whole weeks.

I wasn’t going to give up on this beauty, so she hid away until one evening I was randomly frisky. My rabbit was all out of charge so I brought Touch out of hiding. Amazingly, she still had some charge left in her!

A small amount of my favourite water-based lube and the dimple placed over my clitoris, I pushed the button and she whirred into action. So smooth, so quiet, so sensual, I was on the first setting and Touch was taking me to those orgasmic highs. I didn’t have time to stop and think, “Hang on a minute, a few weeks ago you did nothing for me!” Before I knew it, I was spent! Wow, did that just happen? Yes! I went on to have another 2 orgasms in quick succession, finding different vibrations and pulses to woo my body.

I have continually gone on to use Touch. She is awesome during couples play, she doesn’t get in the way during penetrative sex. Touch is amazing when teamed with a glass dildo during solo play. Now that does knock my stockings off!

We may have had a bumpy start, but in the end Touch has become a best friend. The deep and rumbly vibrations really suit me. The fact that the silicone slightly dulls the vibrations is great.

Don’t be fooled into thinking that the silicone will dull this vibe too much, as this beaut still packs a punch. It is the strongest clit vibe I own, and I never get tired of the various vibration modes. With the choice of more pin point vibrations with the tapered tip, or using the ‘scoop’ or curved back, for a broader placement of vibrations, you’re sure to find something you like.

I have safely used the Touch in the shower. I don’t have a bath, so unsure how it feels submerged in water, although the Touch is waterproof, you’ll have no problem in turning your bath time into something more fun.

Couples Use:

Taking no notice of the solo statement on the box, I introduced the We-Vibe Touch to my partner. I had him blindfolded, I wanted this to be a huge surprise. I wanted him to experience the luxury silicone across his erect shaft. Set on the lowest setting, I surprised him with the rumble of the vibrations. With some water-based lube, I proceeded to tease his frenulum and perineum. He quivered and gasped with pleasure, eager to know what I was using. Cranking up the speed was too much for him, he was a little too sensitive, bless him, but did okay on his shaft. “If only I could pop this into a masturbator”, he wished! It’s great for using on nipples too and during penetration. The Touch will nestle nicely on my clit and is non intrusive. It is easy for me to reach down and rub the vibe for extra pleasure.

To clean, simply use your favourite sex toy cleaner, or an antibacterial spray and warm water

In Summary:

I do think that the Touch is slightly overpriced, but I’m probably being picky. I thought the satin bag was rather cheap, you can purchase much better quality ones at your favourite retailer, mine being Lovehoney. The charging port needs to be addressed. The magnetic strips need scrapping and sticking to a bog standard hole port in my opinion.

However, If you want to venture into a first luxury toy the We-Vibe Touch is a perfect starter. It’s non-intimidating, easy to use and great to travel with. A great alternative to the Tango if you like your silicone products. Good for power queens, excellent for couples, and spot on for those who house share as it is a relatively quiet vibe.

Fun Factory G5 Tiger USB Rechargeable G-Spot Vibrator

02

The Fun Factory G5 Tiger Rechargeable G-Spot Vibrator is my first purchase of the German engineered sex toys. I had always admired the fun, colourful and innovative designs, so I ditched the cheap and basic vibes and saved up to indulge in the G5 Tiger and what a better way to celebrate Fun Factory’s 20th birthday!

I’ll start things off with the packaging. A bold, modern, on trend box, but you can’t miss what’s inside, with large graphics of the Tiger on the front and side of the sleeve. However, you can discard this, as a golden box underneath the sleeve is far more discreet, with just the Fun Factory logo and the words “your perfect moment.” Nestled inside, the vivid colour awakens your eyes.

Taking out the Tiger from his box, I was impressed with how strong and flexible he feels. The Tiger stripes are very bold and prominent, whilst the back of the shaft is silky smooth. I adore the curved tip, perfect for G-spot stimulation and the nub for clitoral stimulation, but this vibe can be used anally for the guys, with P-spot, perineum and erogenous hot zones. I just think the colour is not very masculine.

I love the finger loop handle, it is so much easier to control for solo play. Press the FUN button and away you go! This button can also be used for a quick stop. There are 6 speeds and 6 patterns, just a press of the + or – buttons. Do you like to take toys on your travels? The Tiger can be travel locked, so he can’t roar into action in your weekend bag!

He is easily rechargeable too, although I do find the magnetic charging points to be a bit inconvenient, you have to ensure that you are charging on a hard, flat surface, rather than your bed. If you ever misplace your charging lead (which I have managed with 2 of my toys), you can buy a replacement from various sites, which is very reassuring.

The flexible shaft is made from velvety smooth, body-safe silicone and is fully waterproof for those of you who enjoy some extra company in the bath or shower. A battery level display is a great addition, I’d like to see this on more luxury toys. Easy to clean with a good sex toy cleaner or wipes. The vibe is just missing a storage bag.

After a good 2 hour charge, I had a play with the Tiger in my hands. First thing I noticed, was the deep, rumbly, yet quiet motor. There is a good distribution of vibrations through the shaft, but even on full power, they were weakened at the tip and there was plenty of buzzing at the base, which if the handle was not looped, would probably drive your hand wild, rather than your erogenous zones!

When it comes to using the Fun Factory G5 Tiger Rechargeable G-Spot Vibrator, I first have to run over a sex toy wet wipe, as it is quite a lint collector! Free of fluff, I use my favourite water-based lube, don’t use silicone-based lube, it may react.

The tapered tip makes it easy to insert, I immediately feel the ridges as they are so pronounced. Now for me personally, I can find too much sensation a little painful and uncomfortable, but I think the smooth half of the shaft is ideal, however I can’t thrust too hard and fast, as it causes some friction with the ripple of my internal muscles, even with plenty lubrication. I do like to rock the Tiger back and forth and I seem to achieve a good dual G-Spot and Clitoral orgasm. As this Tiger roars, my pussy purrs! I’m pretty hit and miss with the patterns and speeds, I just lay back and randomly press the buttons, but it always seems to get me off, I end up super horny and wanting to ravish my partner!

I’m so pleased I discovered Fun Factory toys. I would have to recommend the G5 Tiger to both men and women. If you love the deep, rumbly vibrations, this is most certainly for you and if you house share and need some discretion, the quiet motor shouldn’t be too much of an issue, but the quick stop FUN button is really handy.

Overall, it’s strong, bold, unique and a roaring success, solo or with a partner, male or female, you’ll love the Fun Factory G5 Tiger Rechargeable G-Spot Vibrator. I very much look forward to purchasing more Fun Factory toys.

Lovehoney Happy Rabbit 2 G-Spot USB Rechargeable Rabbit Vibrator

pictures coming soon

Over the years I had struggled to find a rabbit style vibrator which suited me, they were either too big, were made of awful, cheap materials or used a frustratingly amount of batteries. That was until I discovered Lovehoney and they kindly sent me this rabbit to test, in exchange of my honest review and now 18 months later, this is still my go to toy during most solo sex sessions.

The Happy Rabbit 2 comes in a very presentable box, with eye-catching logos and a true to life picture of the rabbit. There are brief pointers of the rabbits best points on the side of the box, as a glimpse into what the rabbit can do.

Within the box comes a satin storage bag to keep your rabbit dust free and discreet for storage. The USB charging lead can be stored within the bag so as not to get lost.

The rabbit itself is a funky pinky/purple colour and made of luxurious silicone. It’s beautiful to feel and looks beautiful with its sleek and slender curve and G-Spot tip. If I lived alone, I would be proud to display my rabbit!

As for the base, it is contoured to be grasped easily, and the chrome band which separates the silicone and the base, is a nice luxurious touch. The Lovehoney logo on the bottom is a nice touch. Very feminine indeed.

The buttons are easy to use, with the longer button being for the shaft and the round button to control the ears. When you have the base gripped in your hand there isn’t much chance of accidentally changing patterns or speeds whilst in the wild throws of passion, like I have experienced with other rabbits.

You can choose to have either the shaft vibrating alone, or the ears, as well as them both at the same time, of course.

An insatiable rabbit with 15 vibrations! 3 speeds and 9 patterns in the shaft and 3 speeds in the ears, to be precise, and the best thing is they are whisper quiet, not too buzzy, but rather deep and rumbly and when your rabbit is switched off and back on again. It remembers your previous pattern, which saves you from scrolling through them all.

Charging is very simple, with a port for the charger in the base and I just plug it into my laptop. You can choose to plug it into a USB plug for a wall socket. This does charge the rabbit quicker.

How was it when I came to use it? Mind-blowing! I’m not exaggerating, either. I have tried a few rabbits now and none have come close to the orgasms that I have experienced whilst using the Happy Rabbit 2.

It is the biggest rabbit I have owned. My previous successful rabbit from Lovehoney was a slimline one, so I was a little anxious that it would be too big, but my vagina accommodates it very comfortably. I have really been missing out on a slightly fuller feeling and it is something I now enjoy and miss if I use something else, such as the Lelo Soraya.

The deep and rumbly vibrations and patterns are just perfect for me. The rabbit ears nestle around my clitoris perfectly and the curve of the shaft means it hits my G-Spot perfectly.

I tend to be rather quiet when it comes to having orgasms, but the sheer power of them whilst using the Happy Rabbit 2, has had me squeeling in pleasure. It has been heart pumping, body quivering and mind blowing! Each time I use the rabbit, I don’t just have one orgasm, but 4! All one after the other, no stopping, just complete an utter multiple orgasmic fun!

Overall, this rabbit is a must-buy. So much so, that I have recycled most of my other rabbits! If you like your toys to be non buzzy, but deep and rumbly, then this is the rabbit for you. It is great for the next step up from a slimline rabbit and it is worth every penny of £49.99. I would have put it at £59.99, the quality is outstanding and of course you are saving on batteries.

I am proud to be an owner of a Happy Rabbit 2.

[I received the Lovehoney Happy Rabbit 2 off Lovehoney in exchange for my honest opinion and review]

Lelo Siri Luxury Rechargable Clitoral Vibrator.

20160319_014716_resized

The Siri was my first ever purchase of the luxury brand Lelo. Lelo are renowned for their luxurious toys for pleasure and manufacturing quality. The thing was, deciding on which of the three clitoral vibrators to choose from would be difficult. There was the Lelo Nea, Lily and Siri, but went with the Siri because of the colour, placement of the buttons and it was ABS plastic and silicone, rather than just being one of the materials (the Lily being all silicone and the Nea being solely plastic).

The Siri comes in a pastel pink box which can be discarded, as inside this, you get a luxurious black storage box with Lelo embossed on top of the lid. Nestled inside, you’ll finf the Siri, a satin storage pouch, a UK mains charger, user manual and warranty, a registration card and a sample of Lelo’s personal moisturiser.
Taking out my new Siri, I realised the silicone part was the same colour pink as the outer packaging, cute! I placed the vibe on charge for two hours. The control buttons flashed throughout the charge, then stopped and remained lit to show that charging was complete. A 2 hour charge provides 4 hours of pleasure play.

Handling the Siri, it was apparent that the silicone was so silky smooth and of exceptional quality, with no uneven or protruding seams. It doesn’t attract lint neither, which is a huge bonus! The Siri is ergonomically designed with perfectly formed curves and fits beautifully in the palm of your hand. The 4 control buttons are easy to reach on the ABS plastic part of the massager.

The 4 buttons control buttons compromise of a + and – to increase and decrease the speed and turn the Siri on or off. You can also keep the button pressed to reach the highest speed much quicker, or to turn it off quicker, rather than scroll trough each independent speed. Handy for power Queens and those needing to quickly turn it off. The arrow buttons are for moving through the 6 stimulating pulses/vibrations which are: steady vibration, pulsing vibration, fast pulse, wave and a mixture of vibrations.

The motor is evenly spread across the vibrator, including to the tip if you are looking for a more precise stimulation. The vibrations range from weaker to quite strong, so suitable for those ladies who may be hypersensitive, or power Queens who need stronger vibrations to climax. The vibrations are deep and rumbly and travel through your body quite satisfyingly. No annoying, numbing buzzing! You’ll love how quiet the motor is too, making it perfect for those who house share.

During use, it can be used on nipples, clitoris or be used to massage over your body, including any sweet spots, my inner thighs being one of mine. Part of a couple? It’s easy to use during sex if you need clitoral stimulation and you can use this on your partner, yes guys can enjoy the Siri too. Tease his frenulum, perineum, testicles, nipples or again, massage his body to find his hot spots! All you need is imagination!
Siri is great for taking on you travels, it doesn’t look like a sex toy, so airport security shouldn’t be embarrassing, it can fit into a small overnight bag too if you just fancy a night away.

It’s important to use a water based lubricant with the Siri, as a silicone or oil based lube could deteriorate the silicone on the vibe. To clean, don’t submerge into water, as you’ll ruin the charging port. Use a good sex toy cleaner (spray or wipes) and clean before and after each use.

In summary, the Lelo Siri is a great addition to a couples sex life, It’s non intimidating and doesn’t get in the way during sex. It’s perfect for solo use and the vibrations are perfect for those who desire deeper, rumbling vibrations. Beginner? Then this would be a good starter toy on the lowest settings.

Fifty Shades of Grey Relentless Vibrations USB Rechargeable Remote Control Egg

I already own quite a collection of Fifty Shade of Grey products and was well aware of the good quality of both the packaging and the toy itself and the Relentless Vibrations Rechargeable Remote Control Egg was no different. This is the first rechargeable egg I own. I have umpteen battery powered ones, but I got fed up with purchasing batteries and having wires get in the way, so although this egg is in the higher price range, it’s certainly worth it in the long run.

The packaging is smart, trendy, classy and non-offensive, it makes purchasing a sexy toy feel more grown-up. The egg also comes with a sumptuous red satin bag for storage, keeping it dust free and suitable to take on your travels.

At first I was a little confused as to where the charger went in on the egg. USB charger is handy for me to plug into my laptop. There is a very small circle, just smaller than the power button, that you press the charger through. There is no hole as such, you go through the silicone itself. You can charge the remote at the same time for around 2 hours, which will give 100 minutes of play.

The egg is made of a soft silicone, with sensual curves and a stretchy removal cord. Weighing a good 46g, it’s great for beginners and advanced alike. The only issue I had with the egg was that the vibrations were all too weak and buzzy for me. I much prefer a more deeper, rumbly vibration. Due to this, I didn’t find it very orgasmic unfortunately, but it’s fun to use with a partner when he unexpectedly turns it on and differs the vibrations and speeds.

I like the design of the remote control. It fits nicely in the hand and the lights show what pattern you are using, great if someone else in control, as they can see what vibrations are stimulating you. The remote has a 10 metre range and also works if you are under a duvet. There are 2 speeds and 5 patterns. It is rather quiet, more so if you are stood up, if you are lay on a bed it can be heard, a little buzzing through your body and mattress.

I found the egg to be very comfortable, also ideal for kegel exercises. Playing solo with it sadly did nothing to excite me, far too weak and buzzy vibrations. Much better to use whilst out and about in public with a partner in control, it’s that element of surprise and others not knowing that you have a secret egg inserted inside you. The egg could also be used on the clitoris or nipples, it’s quite versatile. For me though, the buzzy feeling was more irritating than a turn on.

I do occasionally still use the egg with my partner, it’s a shame I can’t use it more often due to the buzz.

I would certainly recommend this egg to those that like a good buzz, with slightly weaker vibrations, not power queens, or those who like a more deeper, rumbly sensation. If you like your partner to be in control, this egg would be very much suited to you.
